Rain, Rain, and More Rain ..

We woke to winds gusting, rain pouring down, and a wonderful day to be indoors or on the river!  River is on the rise and the flow is 593, still wade-able but with the 100% rain expected tonight it will continue to rise.  This should be a pretty quick system moving through.

Weather forecast looks to reduce in moisture by Monday and through out the next week which will clear up the river again.

Word of mouth on the river whether it be from fly-outs or the Situk:  Fish are happy and so are the fishermen.  Fish throughout the river and plenty.  Good size report too.

Here are your graphs for the day.  Enjoy – Teen

From Broth, to Sandwiches!!!

Bob called last night at 9 p.m. to advise that he was the most improved of all of those in ICU and they were needing a bed, so he was given the good news that he would be moving to a regular room, one level up.

Today’s Update:
IV’s have been removed, and he is now on real solids!!!  He enjoyed a turkey sandwich and three hours later a ham sandwich.  He thinks he’ll have the soup when the next food comes at 9 p.m.  Seems they are really testing the “piping” before he is released.

They are also talking about releasing him tomorrow sometime and he’ll remain for a few more days in town.  It sounds like the cardiologist would like to see him about the initial indicators on his heart due to the dehydration.  So hoping to take care of that before he heads back to us.

We are excited for Bob’s return.  It’ll be a time to be quiet and recoup on this end for him.

Have a good night, the next post will be you river updates and weather  – Teen
